Because all products are made to order, production and shipping timelines may vary depending on product type, order volume, and carrier conditions.
By placing an order with MyRangeShirt.com, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions.
1. Order Processing & Production Times
All items sold through MyRangeShirt.com are produced on demand after your order is placed.
Estimated production times:
- Standard Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts): 2–5 business days
- Accessories (Hats, Bags, Mugs, etc.): 3–7 business days
- Large or Custom Orders: 5–10 business days depending on complexity and quantity
Production times may increase during holidays, seasonal sales, or periods of high order volume.
Once production is complete, your order will be packaged and shipped using one of our partnered carriers.
2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated shipping times after production:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days
Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
3. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
MyRangeShirt.com is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Invalid phone numbers or email addresses
- Customer failure to retrieve packages
- Address changes requested after shipment
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
While we work with reliable shipping carriers, MyRangeShirt.com is not liable for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Carrier service interruptions
- Holidays or peak shipping periods
- Customs or governmental actions
- Labor strikes or transportation disruptions
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Lost package claims may require carrier investigation before replacement or refund eligibility is determined.
5. Print-on-Demand Product Disclaimer
Because our products are custom-made specifically for each order:
- Minor variations in color, print placement, or sizing may occur
- Product mockups shown online may differ slightly from the final printed item
- Production methods and garment materials may vary slightly between suppliers
These variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refused Deliveries
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size selection
- Color preference
- Ordering mistakes made by the customer
However, we will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect due to our error
Returned or refused shipments that are not caused by our error may be subject to restocking and reshipping fees.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

- Package weight and dimensions
