Because all products are custom-made after purchase, our refund and exchange policy is designed to fairly balance customer protection with the nature of print-on-demand production.


1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed through MyRangeShirt.com and covers situations involving:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Printing or embroidery defects
  • Significant sizing errors
  • Lost shipments
  • Delivery issues caused by our error

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

2.1 Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, size, color, or design due to an error by MyRangeShirt.com, we will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.

Required:

  • Clear photos of the item received
  • Photos of packaging or shipping label if applicable

2.2 Damaged or Defective Products

We will replace or refund products that arrive damaged or contain manufacturing defects, including:

  • Torn or damaged garments
  • Major print defects or peeling
  • Severe embroidery defects
  • Ink smears or incomplete printing
  • Stains or production-related damage

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


2.3 Significant Size Errors

Due to the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing, slight size variations are considered normal.

Refunds or replacements are only offered when the item size differs by more than 1 inch (2–3 cm) from the published size chart.


2.4 Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we may offer a replacement or refund after carrier investigation is completed.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier may not qualify for refunds unless sufficient evidence of delivery failure is provided.


3. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Situations

Because all products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Minor color variations
  • Shipping delays outside our control
  • Incorrect address entered at checkout
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Orders refused or abandoned by the customer

Minor differences between on-screen mockups and final printed products are considered normal in the print-on-demand industry.


4. Print-on-Demand Product Disclaimer

All MyRangeShirt.com products are custom-made after purchase using print-on-demand production methods.

Industry-standard variations may include:

  • Slight print placement differences
  • Minor color variation between digital previews and printed products
  • Small size tolerance variations within ±1 inch
  • Differences caused by garment material or fabric texture

These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.


5. Return & Exchange Request Process

5.1 Time Limit for Claims

  • Damaged or defective items: within 7 days of delivery
  • Lost package claims: within 14 days of expected delivery

5.2 Required Information

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem
  • Packaging photos if applicable

5.3 Resolution Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may:

  • Issue a replacement item
  • Provide a partial refund
  • Provide a full refund
  • Offer store credit where appropriate

Most claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

  • If production has not started, orders may be canceled for a full refund.
  • If production has already started, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

7. Shipping Costs & Refunds

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by MyRangeShirt.com.

If a replacement is approved due to our error, we will cover replacement shipping costs.


8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing product descriptions and sizing charts carefully
  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Inspecting orders promptly upon delivery

Products must not be intentionally damaged, altered, or excessively worn before submitting a claim.


9. Limitation of Liability

MyRangeShirt.com is not responsible for delays or failures caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Government actions
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Third-party shipping carrier issues

We reserve the right to deny refund or exchange requests involving abuse of this policy, fraudulent claims, or excessive refund requests.
