Our Approach to Design

All designs on MyRangeShirt.com are created or modified in-house for print-on-demand production.

We aim to ensure all content is original and compliant with intellectual property laws. If an issue is brought to our attention, we will investigate and resolve it promptly.

What Counts as Intellectual Property

Intellectual property includes:

  • Logos and brand names
  • Artwork, illustrations, and graphics
  • Slogans or brand-associated phrases

These materials cannot be used without permission from the rights holder.

How to Report an Issue

If you are the rights owner (or authorized to act on their behalf), please include:

Required Statements

What Happens After a Claim

Once we receive a valid request, we will:

  • Review the reported content
  • Remove or disable it if necessary
  • Cancel any pending or unfulfilled orders tied to the design
  • Stop further production of the content if it is found to be infringing

If Something Was Removed by Mistake

If you believe content was removed incorrectly, you may send a counter notice including:

  • Your contact details
  • Identification of the removed content
  • A statement that the removal was a mistake
  • Consent to resolve the matter under U.S. jurisdiction if required

We may restore content unless legal action is taken by the original complainant.

False Claims

Submitting false or misleading IP complaints may result in refusal to act on the request and may have legal consequences.
